Post Acceptance Model for Online Teleconsultation services: An Empirical Study in Malaysia

Most nations across the world are actively pursuing equal access to healthcare services. Teleconsultation technology is a substantial improvement in terms of an effective framework for provision However, lack understanding people’s willingness towards use this has been observed. The goal study investigate factors affecting post-acceptance teleconsultation services Malaysia. This developed theoretical model which involves combination second generation Unified Theory Acceptance and Use Technology (UTAUT2) Expectation Confirmation (ECT), with inclusion several other constructs. An online survey was used collect data from 154 university students partial least squares (PLS) approach analysis. research findings indicate that confirmation, performance, effort expectancy, usefulness, satisfaction were key affect Furthermore, actual use, ease readiness, facilitating conditions did not impact participants' post intention continuous usage facilities.
